Take A knee Counseling is a remote internet based counseling service. In this way we meet you where you are. Be it in the comfort of your home office or in the solace of your car. We offer discrete and confidential counseling for those seeking help.

Individual Counseling

$100

We sit down and talk, Go over your past and help you process through them, in an environment where your counselor has an intimate understanding of what military life really is. Helping you find understanding and healing.

Nexus Letters

Varies by Session needed. (between $400 and $600)

We go over your service, conduct mental health assessments to determine to what extent you are suffering and form a comprehensive Nexus letter for your VA Rating Claim. We then take the data and find scholarly research to back up our assessment of your condition and show how it is service connected. This includes any secondary conditions which may also be service related.

Mental Health Assessments

We offer a variety of Mental Health assessment for the purposes of diagnosing various forms of mental health conditions. including but not limited to (ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.) Price varies by Assessment. All Assessment are proctored through Pearson.

Service area and Insurance

Take A Knee Counseling is currently only able to offer services to clients living in or stationed in the State of Texas, the State of Virginia, and the State of Florida. We are working branching out to other states in the very near future.

Take A Knee Counseling is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas, Optum, United Health, and Cigan. We also offer sliding scale for those in need.
